"Left Something Behind - Joondalup Western Australia"

The "Left Something Behind" exercise is one of the exercises a candidate sitting a driving assessment with the WA Department of Transport would need to complete. You will learn how to complete this exercise safely on a driving lesson with an accredited driving instructor.

An explanation of the Left Something Behind exercise from the WA Department of Transport "How to Pass Your Driving Assessment" book:

"Imagine you have just visited a friend’s house. You drive off around the next corner and then remember you have left something behind at the house. You need to go back to the house, collect the item and then set off again. In this task your two manoeuvres are:

  1. Turn around and go back
  2. Turing around and parking outside the house again
