Have you booked your driving test at Success Licensing Centre? We can help you prepare for the driving test. Our Manual and Automatic Driving Instructors conduct driving lessons in Success area and can show you the tricky streets to help you get ready for your PDA.

Our Driving Instructors can pick you up from home, work, school, at the Cockburn train station or meet you directly at the Success licence centre to start your driving lesson.

What do we suggest?

To maximise the time spent on your driving lesson we would suggest meeting your driving instructor at the Department of Transport in Success 3/660 Beeliar Dr, Success WA 6164.

Want to get started? Call the Indi Drive Office on 0484 220 888 to book your first driving lesson.

Should I learn to Drive in a Manual or Automatic?

Almost every day we have a parent or student call our office and ask us “Should I learn to drive in a manual or Automatic car?”

Our answer:

Getting your manual licence means that you can drive both Automatic and Manual cars. This is extremely helpful if you have friends or family members who own manual cars and you may need to drive their car one day out of necessity. We recommend manual driving lessons to anyone who may be looking to work in the following occupations:

Ambulance officer

Police

Fire and Rescue

Mining (includes reception and office work)

Transport Industry

Delivery Drivers

Care/Support Workers

Tradespersons

We also highly recommend manual licenses to those people who may be aspiring to live/travel in Europe. Most vehicles in Europe are manual even at car hire companies.

Having said all of that, around 60% of Western Australians own and drive automatic cars. There is certainly a trend towards automatic over manual in the last 10 years. Some people need to get a licence as quickly as possible and for those people we recommend automatic. On average a learner driver practicing in a manual car would need around 3-5 more lessons than an automatic learner driver.

If you have any further questions on driving lessons, passing your driving test at Success or any other test centre across Perth call our office on 0484 220 888.
